I was really scared to book tickets on 247Traveltechinc as I haven’t heard of this website from any one! I spoke to Ted and he was very polite and courteous. All my fears were gone as I got my flight tickets in the email while on call only. The fares were non-refundable though and it’s very understandable.

The number of checked bags you can bring when travelling in Etihad Flights depends on multiple factors, such as your destination and ticket type.
Etihad Airways for Economy class passengers permits to bring one item of carry-on baggage that can't weigh more than 7kg and Business Class on Etihad Airways can bring two pieces of carry-on baggage that should not be heavier than the combined weight of 12kg. All carry-on baggage on Etihad Airways flights must fit within the dimensions of 50 x 40 x 25cm, regardless of which class you're flying in.
Passengers of Etihad flights can check in as many bags as you like as long the total weight is within your baggage allowance. If you are flying in Economy Class of Etihad to the US or Canada, you can check in two bags weighing up to 23kg each. Excess baggage fees will apply on Etihad if either bag weighs more than 23kg.
Etihad Airways is running a frequent flyer program called Etihad Guest launched in August 2006 and the program has 4 tiers for passengers, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all offering different benefits. The program as per the member tier-level has been offering lounge access, reserved seats, excess baggage, free Wi-Fi and more and even offers a discount web shop for loyalty program members. The passengers can claim reduced fare tickets, exclusive GuestSeat to more than over 65 destinations with miles or miles+cash.
