Egypt Air has been offering three distinct classes of service namely First Class, Business Class and Economy Class.
First Class: Passengers can travel First Class on Egypt Airlines and enjoy exclusive facilities such as access to Alliance members' owned First Class lounges while traveling to or from international
destinations. The passengers have access to 20-inch-wide seats with a pitch of 60 inches and footrest of 14 inches recline into fully flat beds in a private space with personal
video screens for entertainment and maximum comfort to put you to a dreamless sleep. Other amenities comprise of advance special halal meat in the menu, priority baggage handling
and check-in.
Business Class: The Business Class passengers on Egypt Airlines have an exclusive lounge access, on long haul flights. Seats have been ergonomically designed
for greater comfort with a pitch of 38-48 inches and comfortable recline able backs. In-flight complimentary travel kits, dedicated power points, USB ports, free multi
course meals and non-alcoholic drinks and last but not the least, blankets and pillows are some of the other basic facilities.
Economy Class: Economy Class passengers on Egypt Airlines enjoy a host of in-flight services including healthy meals; two on long haul flights, a seat
pitch of 31 to 33 inches, with Wi-Fi and mobile phone services, exclusive baggage allowance of 2 x 23kgs, advance seat selection and dedicated video screens
with headphones.
EgyptAirlines offers a range of food and beverage choices in its in-flight menu on all routes. It has been adhering to Islamic dietary law and only non-alcoholic beverages are served. The airline has been making special arrangements who have restricted dietary needs and offer the following special meals.
Egypt Air Plus is the frequent-flyer program of the EgyptAirlines. Egypt Air Plus has five levels for passengers: Blue, Silver, Gold, Elite, and Platinum. To acquire or maintain each level, members should accrue 5000, 30000, 50000, 300000, and 600000 miles in the time duration from the 'reference date'. The Status miles are based on 'On-board mileage', which comprise of miles accumulated by traveling with Egypt Air or any of the Star Alliance airlines. Also, members also stand a chance to accrue miles by flying 'partner airlines' such as Qatar Airways. Miles accumulated by the passengers in the program entitle all the members to claim bonus tickets, class upgrades and other products and services.
