Most passengers either on domestic flights or international flights having electronic tickets may check-in online – including Travel Pass customers. Customers are allowed to change your own flight in the online check-in process to an earlier flight on the same day of travel if one is available at the same fare as your original ticket. Passengers who are departing from our hub cities can skip the ticket counter line and go right to the gate if not checking bags.
For each passenger going aboard, Cape Air will transport that is subject to available space and additional fees up to two additional bags per passenger. Any other checked bag, gate checked bag or personal item that causes a passenger to exceed the standard baggage allowance in number, size or weight, but which is not overweight/oversized, will be counted as excess baggage. All the notified excess baggage is carried on a space available basis and will be subject to an additional charge. Any bag that is being called excess because it exceeds the number of bags permitted as standard bag allowance or the weight or size will be subject to cumulative excess charges. Additional or extra charges may have to be paid when levied by a partner airline through interline, code share or other airline partner agreements.
Travel Pass is the frequent flyer program of Cape Air and is comprised of ten one-way tickets on a specific route that can be used in either direction. The purchase, booking and management of the Travel Pass will primarily be web-based and has been designed to be more convenient, allowing you to self-serve on capeair.com. Travel Passes issued are valid only for 12 months from the date of purchase and any unused tickets will expire 12 months from the date of your original purchase date.
